The Cherry Blossom Festival won 3 awards at the International Festival & Events Association/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Competition for the 2015 Festival. The Festival was recognized with the following prestigious awards:

• Silver in the category “Best Ad Series” for the Eat, Drink, Be Cherry campaign

• Bronze in the category “Best Children’s Programming” for the Radio Disney ‘On the Road to the RDMA’s Concert’ at Central City Park

• Silver in the category “Best Food & Beverages Program” for Food Truck Frenzy

Jake Ferro, President of the Festival, attended the awards ceremony at the IFEA’s 60^th annual Convention & Expo on September 21-23 in Tucson, Arizona. “These awards are a testament to the hard work and support of our entire community,” said Mr. Ferro. “I’d like to thank our terrific staff, board of directors, M&R Marketing Group, city and county employees, dedicated volunteers, generous sponsors, and thousands of attendees.”
