Georgia Society of Healtcare Marketing Awards New Navicent Brand

The Georgia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations awarded its annual healthcare marketing and public relations awards during the 20th Anniversary Target Awards Luncheon at the Ritz Carlton Lodge at Reynolds Plantation on June 30, 2015. Navicent Health received two awards in this statewide contest for its marketing efforts.
Navicent Health received the Gold Target Award in the “Brand/Logo” category for its 2014 rebranding campaign, and the Silver Target Award in the “Audiovisual” category for “Entities Coming Together” a facet of its rebranding campaign. The Navicent Health brand was launched on September 3, 2014.
“We are incredibly proud of our marketing department and the success of this rebranding campaign. We are pleased that their efforts and expertise have been recognized among their peers from across the state through the annual Target Awards,” said Dr. Ninfa M. Saunders, President and CEO of Navicent Health.
Entries in the this year’s competition were judged by the New England Society for Healthcare Communications and were judged based on creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal. Georgia hospitals submitted entries in 26 various public relations, marketing, design and advertising categories ranging from Social Media Marketing to Print Advertising.

The name Navicent Health embodies our mission to navigate the patient to health and wellness while keeping the patient at the center of all that we do. We achieve this mission through high quality services and programs, and through rebranding, we have been able to clearly communicate the care delivery that we provide,” said Cyndey Costello Busbee, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications and Business Development for Navicent Health.
