A New Mixed-Use Development is Planned for Downtown Macon

A new mixed-use development, with commercial, office and residential uses, is planned for downtown Macon.
An application to rezone 781 Spring St. and a portion of 879 Rose Park from a historic commercial district and a central business district to a planned development extraordinary district is expected to be heard Monday at the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
