Macon-Bibb Industrial Authority Buys Former Mauldin & Jenkins Building

The Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority will be changing locations soon. The agency purchased the former Mauldin & Jenkins building at 439 Mulberry St., real estate agent Art Barry III said.
The building, with a list price of $675,000, sold for $625,000. The agency was represented by agent Bob Lewis, who said the Industrial Authority has “great plans” for the new space.
