Birch Communications, Inc., a leading nationwide provider of communications, network and cloud services to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses, announced today that Renodis, offering America's first fully integrated, outsourced solution for managing communications, has decided to expand its relationship with Birch by introducing more of the company's suite of Cloud products and services to their customer base.
The Birch-Renodis alliance began following an acquisition in 2013, and the partnership has continued to thrive, enabling their decision to expand their portfolio of Birch's products and services. Renodis' CEO, Craig Beason said, "Our agreement with Birch has been mutually beneficial for years. Birch really differentiates itself from other service providers through its dedication to delighting customers. I continue to be impressed by their exceptional personnel, who are driven by a collective mission to get the job done right."
"Our partner program at Birch is nearly as old as our business. For almost 20 years we have invested in the channel and share our successes with them," said Vincent M. Oddo, President & CEO, Birch. "Birch's partner network is significant, comprised of over 1,100 direct partners, many of whom were relationships initiated during acquisitions and have continued to have a long relationship with Birch. Our partners recognize the value Birch delivers, resulting in an average tenure of almost 10 years."
Moreover, Birch is known for its outstanding partner compensation plans, which include upfront, residual, and bonus components. Birch partners can sell basic phone and broadband along with symmetric, business-grade internet such as T1, Metro Ethernet over Copper, and Metro Fiber technologies, and these solutions can be used in combination with MPLS. Together with feature-rich TotalCloud PBX, TotalCloud Data Center, and TotalCloud File Storage solutions, Birch partners have a complete product portfolio to present to their customers.
"Renodis – and all of our partners – are an extension of our Birch sales team and an extension of our overall strategy," said Paul Masters, Vice President of Partner Sales & Solutions, Birch. "We have now entered the second half of 2015, we are implementing additional training, offering additional partner-centric bonuses and promotions, and will be continuing to expand this sales channel to further our reach."
