A familiar industry is about to explode in Georgia. In Middle Georgia alone, new stores are opening in Macon, Warner Robins, Dublin and perhaps Milledgeville, and they will be selling something never before sold in the Peach State.
The stores are expected to open for business bright and early July 1, because that’s when a new law will allow for the sale of the “good” fireworks -- the kind that fly high in the air, make a big noise and light up the night sky.
