Brigitte Moten, the 2016 Chair Elect of the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, rendered her resignation to the Executive Committee of the Chamber at the May board meeting. Brigitte will be relocating with her family to Pensacola, FL where her husband has accepted a transfer position within the Southern Company family to Gulf Power. Brigitte has been with Geotechnical & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for over seventeen years and involved with the Chamber for many years. Though we are sad to see her go, we are excited for this next chapter in their lives and we wish them all the best. The Chamber’s Board of Directors has selected George Greer, Partner with Spivey, Pope Green and Greer, LLC as Moten’s successor. Greer was previously selected to serve as Chairman in 2017. That position has now been filled by Isaac Culver, Vice President of Progressive Consulting Technologies.
