The Middle GA Military Affairs Committee hosted a cookout for military families during the “Month of the Military Child” on Saturday, April 4^th at Robins Air Force Base.  Base volunteers hosted activities including a bounce house, games, photos with the Easter Bunny and an Easter Egg Hunt.  Over 700 meals were served by the 14 volunteers. 

Special thanks to Wal*Mart of Macon, Warner Robins, Forsyth, Dublin and Perry for their gift card donations that were used to offset the costs of the picnic.  Thanks also goes to Frito Lay and Flowers Bakery for their food donations, as well as to Cox Business for the use of their grill. 

The Middle Georgia Military Affairs Committee is made up of members of the Macon, Robins Regional, Perry, Hawkinsville, Dublin and Cochran Chambers of Commerce.  John Hall, President and CEO of American Pride Bank is the current Chairman.
