Monday, April 6th, 2015
Big changes are coming to the Mercer University campus area.
The Macon-Bibb consolidated government broke ground on its Second Street corridor connector. Mayor Robert Reichert said it'll connect the east and west sides of town.
The elevated bridge will start off at the intersection of Little Richard Penniman Boulevard and Nussbaum Avenue and extend to the intersection of Second Street and Hawthorne.
