Macon’s leaders have a plan going forward to continue revitalizing its downtown.
The Macon Action Plan’s vision and main goals were unveiled at a party at the Cox Capitol Theatre on Friday, and the “urban core” was the focal point of the presentation.
“Macon Action Plan exists to give us a blueprint for the urban core and the surrounding neighborhoods,” said Susannah Maddux, the plan’s communication manager.
