On behalf of the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce it is our pleasure to invite you to the 27th Annual Perry Dogwood Festival. Join us as we celebrate Spring on Saturday, April 11th & Sunday, April 12th, in beautiful, historic Perry, Georgia. This FREE family friendly event will also host kid’s activities, food vendors, and an entertainment stage filled with live dance, music, youth entertainment as well as live demonstrations hosted by the Georgia Artisan Center. And, don’t miss the high flying canine action with the Ultimate Air Dogs completion all weekend on main street in front of the New Perry Hotel.

After the Arts & Crafts show, we encourage you to come out to the Georgia National Fairgrounds for our Hot Air Balloon Rally.  It will be a relaxing, family friendly atmosphere. Just bring blankets or lawn chairs & a picnic dinner and enjoy live entertainment by the Has Beens, a kid’s zone, Hot Air Balloon tethered rides, wonderful food vendors, and a beautiful Hot Air Balloon Glow. Adults are only $5 and children under six are free.

The Arts & Crafts Show will re-open Sunday at 12 Noon and close at 5pm.

In addition to our big events, the festival will also feature the Dogwood Open Golf Tournament, Wet Noses & Wine Italian Night Kick-Off Party at Cherokee Pines Golf & Fitness Club on Friday night, Dogwood Festival 5k & 1 mile Fun Run by Elite Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Kiwanis Flapjack Fundraiser, Rotary Fishing Tournament, Canine Costume Mutt Strut and DOGwood Play @ Rozar by FOPAS, Go Fish Kid’s Fishing Derby, Echoes of the Evergreen Drama Presentation in a historic Perry cemetery, The Georgia Artisan Center Demonstrations Downtown, Ventriloquist Cliff Patton, and much, much more.
