Central Georgia Technical College will host a breakfast and learn event for leaders in the faith-based community in Bibb County. This event will take place Wednesday, March 4 at 8:30 am at the Historic Ballard-Hudson on Anthony Road.
Leaders of all faiths and religious organizations are invited to attend to learn more about Central Georgia Technical College and what services are available in the community.
“We think this will be a prime opportunity for faith-based leaders to learn how CGTC can assist their parishioners in finding success,” said Brenda Brown, vice president of Adult Education at CGTC. “Education is the key that unlocks so many doors for our community. We want to help educate our community leaders on how they can be a part of helping individuals reach their goals.”
This event is geared toward leaders of any faith or religious organization in Bibb County. Attendees will hear about the services and programs offered by the College, including Adult Education courses and GED® preparation classes, credit programs, options for financial aid, and career placement assistance. Additionally, CGTC offers specific programs for high school students, helping them to reach educational goals even sooner and at a lower cost.
