Macon-Bibb Commissioners Send Pension, Insurance Changes Back to Committee

Facing a chamber full of glowering employees and retirees, Macon-Bibb County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to send proposed changes to retiree health insurance back to committee for more debate.
