Sinclair Broadcast Group Closes on Purchase of WGXA Macon

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. announced that it has closed on the purchase of the assets of WGXA (FOX/ABC) in Macon, Georgia from Frontier Broadcast Holdings, LLC. The Company also announced that it has closed on the sale of WHTM (ABC) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Media General, Inc.
