Healthier Communities Focus of Regional Roundtable in Macon

A new health care initiative would involve the community helping people to better manage their health and reduce the need for hospitalizations.
The initiative, called population health management, was the focus of a regional roundtable Monday at Middle Georgia State College that was sponsored by United Way of Central Georgia.
