Jobs, places, and schools. Those are the three things the "One Macon! Our Vision, Our Future" community and economic development strategy focuses on.
The Bibb County Board of Education fully supports it.
During a meeting Tuesday night, the board got a full presentation on that plan.
It came to be after 9 months of planning which involved several dozen community leaders, a national consulting firm, and community data and input. The goal is to make Macon prosper as a whole.
