Robins Federal Credit Union promoted Shane Reagan, Ashley Minshew and John Cozart to assistant vice presidents.

Reagan, assistant vice president of consumer lending, has worked for Robins Federal for 20 years. He has a bachelor’s of business administration from Mercer University.

Minshew, assistant vice president of mortgage lending, has worked in the financial industry for 22 years and has been employed with Robins Federal for her entire career. She has been the mortgage department manager for the past seven years. Minshew is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, the CUNA Lending Council and the Southeastern Credit Union Real Estate Network.

Cozart, assistant vice president of information technology, has been in the financial industry for 15 years and has been with Robins Federal Credit Union IT department for 13 years. He has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Mercer University.
