Thursday, August 27th, 2026
GeorgiaForward is bringing professionals and community leaders together for an afternoon of connection, friendly competition and fun at the GeorgiaForward Pickleball Round Robin on Monday, August 31, at Rhythm & Rally Sports & Events in Macon.
The event welcomes all skill levels, whether participants are experienced pickleball players or have never picked up a paddle. While walk-ups are welcome, pre-registration is encouraged. Registering in advance will help organizers plan the round robin according to participants’ skill levels and create the best possible experience for everyone on the courts. Registration is $60 per participant
A New to the Game Beginners Clinic will be offered from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m., followed by the Paddle Battle Round Robin beginning at 10:30 a.m. The round robin will feature open-gender divisions for beginner and experienced levels of play, making the event accessible to everyone. Box lunches will be available at noon, with an awards ceremony following the day’s activities at 3 p.m.
The GeorgiaForward Pickleball Round Robin is made possible with the support of local sponsoring organizations, including Macon-Bibb Industrial Authority, MFA Program Management, Visit Macon, All State Electric, Brown Readdick Attorneys at Law, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, Oliver Maner LLP, Parker Young Restoration, An Durant Company, and Unified Legacy.
The event provides an opportunity for local businesses, government leaders, professionals and community members to build new relationships while supporting GeorgiaForward’s mission to build vibrant, economically prosperous communities throughout the state by investing in the next generation of Georgia leaders. Participants can come to play, connect with other professionals, meet members of the Middle Georgia business community and experience one of Macon’s newest sports and events destinations.
