Located near Robins Airforce Base, Grove Landing is a first-of-its-kind community in Warner Robins, offering attainable single-family rental homes to the market. The first phase of the community encompasses 109 homes on 60-foot-wide lots and was funded with a $22.5 million loan by Forman Capital.

Grove Landing offers innovative floorplans from Parkland Residential’s new Portico Series.  These charming two, three and four-bedroom homes feature dolled-up craftsman-style elevations with lots of gingerbread, half to full-sized front porches, and a carport. Five different front elevations are available for three home plans. Square footage ranges from 985 square feet for the two-bedroom plan to 1,275 square feet for three bedrooms to 1,475 square feet for the four-bedroom plan.
