Carlyle Place, a Life-Plan Community of Atrium Health Navicent, is proud to welcome Troy Cannaday as executive director. Cannaday comes to Carlyle Place after serving as interim executive director at a life plan community in Morgantown, North Carolina. He credits his love for working with seniors to a strong relationship with his grandparents, and helping elderly neighbors in his youth.

“I am excited to join the Carlyle family and look forward to creating memories as I work with residents, staff and leadership to solidify Carlyle Place as the very best life plan community in Georgia,” Cannaday said. “Carlyle Place is a vibrant community, I would encourage folks over 60 years of age in central Georgia to come take a look or another look, if you have been here before. Cannaday’s career in senior housing includes leadership positions at properties across the country spanning more than two decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Gerontology from Lake Superior State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
