46th Dixie Crow Technical Symposium to be Held Museum of Aviation Next Week
Wednesday, March 16th, 2022
Our 46th Dixie Crow Symposium is right around the corner. We are grateful for the support we receive from the local community and look forward to having another successful event. The US leads the world in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and through unique events like the Dixie Crow Symposium, Robins AFB and Warner Robins takes center stage in the world of Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) right here in Warner Robins at the Museum of Aviation.
The Association of Old Crows is an organization for individuals who have common interests in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government, defense, industry, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields.
If all of this sounds very technical, it is, but Robins Air Force personnel, both military and civilian, along with their industrial partners are on the forefront of future technologies that determine who will dominate the electromagnetic spectrum on the battlefields of tomorrow. The symposium highlights the work being performed at Robins Air Force Base and the Dixie Crow Chapter takes immense pride each year in recognizing their accomplishments by presenting individual and team awards to thank them for their exceptional service.
This is your chance to connect with leaders throughout the United States and the world to learn just how critical a roll Middle Georgia plays in developing and supporting Electromagnetic Systems (EMS). The symposium’s technical program will begin Tuesday morning, 22 March, at the Museum of Aviation’s Century of Flight hangar, with the Plenary Session getting under way at 8:00 AM. Guests will be welcomed by Mr. Glenn “Powder” Carlson, AOC President. A Government, Industry, Academia, and Community Leaders Networking Event will be hosted from 5:00 – 7:00 pm that evening in the exhibit hall.
