Staff Report

Thursday, August 6th, 2020

Chrissy Miner announced her impending departure this morning as the President & CEO of the 21st Century Partnership, to pursue her passion as a small business owner.

“I stood up The Miner Agency in 2018 to help other businesses, non-profits and government agencies in the areas where I have had the most success in my community leadership roles, said Miner.” “I am grateful to have built a strong team with proven results, and I feel I owe it to them to put my full time and attention into the Agency.”

Miner will transition at the end of August.

“We are extremely grateful for all the years of service Chrissy has provided to the 21st Century Partnership, the middle Georgia community and the men and women who serve at Robins Air Force Base,” said Dan Slagle, Chairman of the 21st Century Partnership. “We are extremely proud of her and wish her the very best in her new endeavor.”

The Miner Agency focuses on three main pillars; Public Relations, Strategic Marketing and Government Affairs, all areas of passion for Miner.

“I’m going back to my roots,” said Miner. “In the age of Covid-19, middle Georgia businesses are being forced to rethink how they do business to survive, much less decipher how to effectively communicate with their customers and stakeholders.  We are “All-in” in helping businesses and government agencies navigate this new normal so they can not only survive, but thrive in this new landscape.”

“No one is better suited to help this community than Chrissy,” said Tommy Stalnaker, Chairman of the Houston County Commissioners. “I’ve personally witnessed her taking organizations from the brink of failure to the peaks of success.  She has the well-deserved trust and respect of the leaders in this community and you won’t find many that work harder than she does.”

The Miner Agency is based in Houston County and offers services in areas such as: strategic planning, video production, branding, design and production services, web and app development, social media management, event management (virtual and in-person), advertising support, targeted Marketing and Public Relations campaigns, as well as a strong presence in Government Affairs.

She credits her expertise in government affairs from her military service and community roles where she worked extensively with leaders in local, state and federal governments.  “No one knows our Economic Engine (Robins Air Force Base) better than I do… and all the economic factors associated with it,” said Miner.
