BTV Systems is excited to celebrate 50 years of business. The company was founded in 1967 as Bloomfield TV, a consumer and industrial electronics service facility before quickly evolving into a security company and security systems integrator. BTV provides its customers with high-quality security products and services, such as Card Access, Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, and more.
BTV Systems is dedicated to unmatched service with the goal of making sure that the client’s needs are met. The celebration of this milestone in the company’s history is a testament to the exceptional service provided to customers over the years. BTV is especially proud to have multi-generational clients who have been with the company for decades.
“We’ve always been a very service-oriented company and we continue to be, even after 50 years. One of the main reasons we got into this business was the fact that there was nobody here servicing systems, so we filled that void at the time,” said Jimmy Shepard, owner of BTV Systems.
A primary aspect of BTV Systems’ service is their comprehensive Service Level Agreement. With it, clients are given guaranteed response times and priority placement for service calls. “We minimize downtime and make sure that our clients’ systems are running at optimum performance at all times,” said Jimmy.
The world of security and electronics can be challenging due to its ever-changing nature. However, for 50 years BTV Systems has successfully changed with the times as the needs of factories, schools, and businesses have evolved.
“Our goal is to provide our clients with the latest and greatest technologies,” added Jimmy. “We want to continue our founding fathers’ vision of providing our clients with the highest level of service and the highest level of technology.”
