Bibb County Sheriff Starts New Collaborative Surveillance Program With the Community

Angela Stallard is the owner of Heart of Gypsy Boutique in Macon. Her shop was burglarized in December. She says someone threw a rock through the door and stole the cash drawer. Since then, Stallard added cameras.
"I felt so violated. This is like my other child. I've put my blood, sweat, and tears into this business," Stallard said.
