Mid Georgia MLS (MGMLS), First MLS (FMLS), and Georgia MLS (GAMLS) have agreed to offer key reciprocity collectively to their licensed member real estate professionals. This benefits home buyers, sellers, and agents across Georgia. The agreement is effective today.

The arrangement grants access to properties listed with licensed member real estate professionals of these three established MLSs in the state. In Georgia, this MLS group is working together to make housing accessible for all.

"We are thrilled to be a partner in this new regional approach," said Suzanne Beers, CEO of Mid Georgia MLS. "This allows brokerages to work with their local MLS community while offering expanded services to buyers and sellers within a larger geographical footprint."

Jeremy Crawford, FMLS' CEO & President, added, "We are so happy to see MLS operations across Georgia and the Southeast continue finding ways to help our brokers & agents succeed. MGMLS has been a great partner for several years. Expanding our relationship to include automatic lockbox key reciprocity just makes good sense. It will help drive efficiencies to benefit the real estate professionals we serve. On behalf of FMLS, we hope other MLS operators across Georgia will join us in making the market work."

CEO of Georgia MLS, Richard Boone, said, "We appreciate the leadership of Mid Georgia MLS and FMLS in working with us to improve access to properties across Georgia. This open-access approach will benefit buyers, sellers, and the membership of all three organizations. In this fast-paced real estate market, property accessibility becomes necessary, and we are excited about the future possibilities from this agreement."

Good things continue to happen in the MLS world. The group is committed to furthering cooperation and competition within the real estate marketplace. Together, the new partnership benefits nearly 60,000 combined members.
