Coliseum Health System recently named Tina Pugh as the new Vice President of Operations for Coliseum Health System, effective December 14, 2020. She will work collaboratively with executive leadership to develop, document, and coordinate long-range strategies and plans for services, facilities and operations for Coliseum Health System.

Pugh joined HCA Healthcare in 1999 and has experience in various company departments such as Internal Audit, Corporate Development, and Group Operations.  In 2018, she accepted the role of Assistant Administrator at Westside Regional Medical Center, in Plantation Florida, where she was responsible for Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Physical Therapy, and Laboratory Services. Additionally, she has worked closely with the executive team at Westside to successfully launch several capital projects including an $85 million dollar, 72-bed, tower expansion and the privatization of 56 semi-private rooms. 

Pugh earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and also holds a Master in Business Administration Healthcare from Western Governors University.
