Coliseum Health System welcomes new Chief Financial Officer, Emily Lloyd, CPA, who will begin her new role on August 3. Her responsibilities will include executive oversight of the financial affairs for the hospital system, which includes Coliseum Medical Centers and Coliseum Northside Hospital.

Lloyd was most recently the Assistant Chief Financial Officer for HCA Healthcare’s Grand Strand Health, a 371-bed, multi-facility health system located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  She joined their leadership team in January 2019 after spending more than nine years in the internal audit department at HCA Healthcare’s corporate office. 

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Lloyd received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and German from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Emily will be relocating to Macon with her husband Jeremy.
