Stratford Hosts Cap and Gown Parade for Seniors Today

Staff Report From Middle Georgia CEO

Wednesday, May 6th, 2020

On Wednesday, May 6, 10 AM-12 Noon, Stratford Academy will host a cap and gown parade for the Class of 2020 and their families. Seniors and their families are invited onto campus to pick up their caps and gowns in preparation for graduation ceremonies, which will be held at a later date. In addition, graduates will receive a parade of fanfare from school cheerleaders, band and color guard members, and faculty/staff appropriately spaced as they drive through campus without leaving their vehicles.

"When I asked our faculty to join me in celebrating this outstanding senior class in this unusual and fun way, I was blown away with the response," said Stratford head of school, Logan Bowlds. "Even though their senior year did not end they way they imagined, we still want to give them the send off they deserve. They have worked incredibly hard to be our next class of Stratford alumni."

If you are interested in joining us for the celebration of the Class of 2020, please contact Kathleen Medlin at this email or by calling 478-501-3747.
