Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the first quarter of 2020 are as follows:
 
Betsy Baugham, Human Resources Department – Baugham is the manager of Robins Financial’s Human Resources department. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 2 years. Baugham is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has her Senior Professional of Human Resources certification. She enjoys oil painting and gardening.

Kim Cox, Consumer Lending Department – Cox is a Consumer Lender for Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 32 years. Cox enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as her Chihuahua.
 
Shannon Brantley, Dublin Branch – Brantley is a Member Service Representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for almost 3 years. Brantley is an active member of Liberty Baptist Church. She has a 2 year old daughter that keeps her busy and enjoys going antique shopping, traveling and is a big UGA fan.
