Coastal Georgia based Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners Expands to Middle Georgia in Acquisition of Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors of Macon and Warner Robins

The Principals of Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors, David Green and Russell Lipford that they have been acquired by the principals of Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners, Christy and Tom Woiwode.  The acquisition has been underway for nearly 3 months.

Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors has served middle Georgia for over 22 years, while Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners has served Coastal Georgia and South Carolina since 1995.

“Our two organizations are similar in the services we provide, but most importantly our business cultures and people are a perfect fit for each other,” David Green, President of Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors stated.

Combined the unified brokerage will have 13 office locations, over 300 sales professionals, provide property management to over 800 property owners, assist in the sale or purchase of nearly 4,000 homes, and be affiliated with the nation’s largest military and employee relocation organization.  The combined brokerages will one of the largest brokerages in Georgia and in the top 25 Coldwell Banker affiliates nationwide.

The two brokerages serve the military markets of Kingsland, Savannah, Hinesville, and Warner Robbins in GA, as well as Beaufort, South Carolina.  Both Platinum Partners and SSK Realtors specializes in assisting active military personnel and veterans, helping over 600 military families relocate last year alone.  Each brokerage has been nationally recognized for customer service to the military and Veterans.  

In the first quarter of 2020 the brokerages will combine their operations, marketing efforts, and deploy the best tools of both brokerages to the benefit of consumers and sales professionals.  Consumers will enjoy the largest direct marketing footprint in southeast Georgia and South Carolina.  The combined brokerage will be renamed to coincide with the national re-branding efforts of Coldwell Banker.
