The World-Famous “Tiny Firehouse – Station No. 9” is Coming to ‘First Friday’ in Macon!

The “Tiny Firehouse – Station No. 9”, the only tribute tiny house honoring firefighters and on-scene first-responders, is coming to Downtown Macon’s ‘First Friday’.

Come see the World-known tiny house, the “Tiny Firehouse – Station No. 9”, at ‘First Friday’, in Downtown Macon, Georgia, on Friday evening, February 1, 2019.

On each first Friday evening of the month, Downtown Macon celebrates its’ unique culture with art, music, food and entertainment, which includes activities that are fun for the entire family. Live music by bands and solo artists can be heard and seen at different locations from restaurants to art galleries. There are also art exhibit openings with light bites and drinks at various galleries. This upcoming Friday evening, February 1st, ‘First Friday’ welcomes tiny house celebrities, John & Fin Kernohan, and their tiny house, the “Tiny Firehouse – Station No. 9”.

The Kernohans have been living 7+ years in their 304sqft, DIY, off-grid home “Beloved Cabin” and travel the country in their towable 148sqft tiny house, the “Tiny Firehouse - Station No. 9”, which is a tribute to fire fighters and supports the fundraisers of fire stations. The Kernohans can be seen and heard on various news outlets and programs; such as HGTV, DIY Network, MSN, AOL, TODAY.COM, CNBC, “The Rachael Ray Show”, multiple YouTube channels, numerous magazines, podcasts, websites, online blogs, and newspapers around the World. The Kernohans and their “Tiny Firehouse - Station No. 9” can be seen on HGTV’s “Tiny House, Big Living” and AOL’s “Dream Big, Live Small”. Their book, “Our Tiny House Love Affair”, will be released in 2019.

John’s and Fin’s organization, the United Tiny House Association, has organized eleven of our Nation’s largest and most successful tiny house events, including the World's four largest tiny house events, as a means of promoting awareness of the tiny house movement and as a source of philanthropy to support great causes and charities in the communities and states where their events are held. To date, The Kernohans have donated and given away over $500K to more that 70+ different charities, great-causes, and the local communities where they have held their for-charity tiny house events.
