Help at Home Acquires Coastal Home Care and Altrus

Help At Home, LLC announced the acquisition of Coastal Home Care and Altrus (Coastal/Altrus), two Georgia home and community based companies serving elderly and disabled individuals. The addition of Coastal/Altrus significantly expands Help At Home's presence in Georgia, creating a leading provider of home care and residential services.

Coastal Home Care and Altrus have roots in Georgia that extend for 40 years.  Headquartered in Savannah and under the leadership of CEO Martin Miller, the companies serve clients through Medicaid, private pay, insurance, and VA programs.  "Our leadership team and administrative staff see this partnership as an opportunity to continue our mission serving the elderly and disabled on regional and national fronts," said Miller. Altrus operates group and family model personal care homes throughout the state.
