To date, founders John and Fin Kernohan, and the Board of the United Tiny House Association, have organized eleven of our Nation’s largest and most successful tiny house events, including the World's four largest tiny house events, as a means of promoting awareness of the tiny house movement and as a source of philanthropy to support great causes and charities in the communities and states where their events are held.

The United Tiny House Association has funded the building of tiny houses for families in need from the proceeds of its for-charity Tiny House Festivals, endowed the annual Tiny House Scholarship Fund, and has been a source of fund raising for over 70 non-profits, charitable organizations, and great causes.

According to John Kernohan, Chairman and Founder of the for-charity Tiny House Festivals, “Our organization, which has now grown to over 32K+ members in just 3 short years, is looking forward to once again having our event provide awareness of the global tiny house community, and to continue in our efforts of being a positive influence of the economic growth within the local communities where we host our Tiny House Festivals; and in also being a source of fund raising for local charities and various non-profit organizations.”
