Taylor focuses her legal practice on business and corporate transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Taylor obtained her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending law school, she served as an articles editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and a research assistant to the Associate Dean. She was also a member of the Business Law Society and the Dean’s Ambassadors. Prior to attending law school, Taylor graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in History. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
