On November 26th, Greg Tyson, the Milledgeville Area Manager for Georgia Power, presented the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce with a check for $500 to sponsor the Youth Leadership Baldwin Program.

The Youth Leadership Baldwin Program gives local high school juniors the opportunity to grow as individuals, build relationships with peers and community leaders and broaden their knowledge of local government, business and civic activities. After graduating from the program, the Chamber is confident that these students will put their talents and leadership skills to work wherever they end up in life.

The Chamber is so grateful to Georgia Power for their generous donation and for their commitment to promoting leadership skills in Milledgeville and Baldwin County. We look forward to seeing the ways that students will benefit from Georgia Power’s sponsorship.
