Prior to his appointment to operating principal, Glover served as Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty. Glover began his real estate career in 2010 and joined Keller Williams in 2011.  Glover lead his real estate team ranking consistently in the Top 10 for his office in production.  Glover went on to start his role in leadership at Keller Williams in 2013 and for the past 5 years has held several leadership positions at Keller Williams, exceeding expectations in each of them.
