NavCom Defense Electronics, Inc. Announces Sale of its Corona, California Operations to Extant Aerospace

NavCom Defense Electronics, Inc., a leader in the development, manufacture, and support of high reliability mission critical aerospace electronics and avionics systems, announced that it has completed the sale of substantially all of the assets and technical data rights of its Corona, California operations to Extant Aerospace (Extant), based in Melbourne, Florida.

NavCom will retain its operations at the Warner Robins, Georgia facility and will continue to perform on its current contracts at the Corona facility until they transition to Extant.
