Josh focuses his legal practice on estate planning which includes corporate and personal taxation planning strategies and fiduciary administration.  Josh counsels individuals, families and their advisors on developing traditional or sophisticated estate plans and wealth management solutions.  Josh also has experience with judicial and non-judicial trust modifications, all aspects of trust administration, contested wills and guardianship disputes.  In addition, he assists trustees, personal representatives, guardians and beneficiaries in their roles as fiduciaries in administering estates, guardianships and trusts. 

Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Josh graduated from Georgia College and State University with a B.A. in English Literature in 2011.  Josh then graduated cum laude from the Walter F.
