Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the second quarter of 2018 are as follows:
 
Tammy Brown, Payment Services – Brown is the assistant manager of Robins Financial’s Payment Services department. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 14 years has an Accredited ACH Professional certification. Brown also volunteers on the Budget and Finance Committee at her church.

Eric Phillips, Facilities Department – Phillips is a Maintenance Worker for Robins Financial Credit Union. He has been employed with Robins Financial since December 2017. Phillips volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together. He also enjoys working on his dirt track car.
 
Amber Leskis, Riverside Branch – Leskis is a Member Service Representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed with Robins Financial for 7 years. Leskis enjoys spending time with her children.
