The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Georgia proudly announces the re-launch of their Sporting Clay Tournament. The event is poised to be as exciting as ever. Shells and Scales will be held on Friday, August 10. This year's tournament, being sponsored by Cox Communications and Vein Specialist of the South, will be held at The Meadows Gun Club and Shooting School in Forsyth, Georgia. Participants will enjoy a fun filled day, rotating through 14 challenging sporting clay stations, and participating in a special gift drawing to win a Meadows Gun Club Individual Membership.

After a fun round of competition, we will dine on a delicious Fish Fry provided by Bonefish Grill. Awards will be presented to top winners in each class. Scoring will be determined by using the Lewis Class Scoring. Individuals as well as teams of 4 four are invited. There is a limited number of positions available. Shells and Scales, like many other events, assist with the required funding for world class after-school and summer programming for the youth of our area.
