The CHSGa, formerly the Community Health Services of Georgia, will present a check to the Central Georgia Technical College Foundation to establish a nursing scholarship on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 1 p.m. The presentation will take place in the lobby of the Roy H. “Sonny” Watson Health Sciences Building on the College’s Warner Robins campus, at 80 Cohen Walker Dr.  

The fund will support the CHSGa Practical Nursing Scholarship to support students of the College’s Practical Nursing program with up to $400 for eligible students.

The CHSGa hopes to employ students who complete the program and are in pursuit of entry-level careers.

Representatives from CHSGa, the College’s Foundation, and faculty of the Practical Nursing program will be on-hand for the presentation.

The CGTC Foundation is pleased to work with organizations like CHSGa to provide scholarships in support of the academic needs of students.
