The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce's Governmental Affairs Committee will be hosting an educational forum about the TSPLOST vote this Wednesday, May 9th in the Board Room of the Houston County Board of Education located at 1100 Main Street, Perry, GA.  The forum is scheduled from 5:30pm-7:00pm and will feature Ms. Laura Mathis, Executive Director, Middle GA Regional Commission.  Ms. Mathis will include facts, background, and process information about TSPLOST followed by insight to the "Regional Investment List".  There is no cost to attend the forum and the public is invited.  

By hosting this educational forum, the Perry Area Chamber hopes to offer opportunity for voters to make informed decisions as they vote.  The hosting of this event is not intended as approval of the TSPLOST.
