Coliseum Names New Director of Women's Services

Coliseum Medical Centers recently named Catherine Sumner, BSN, RN, as the director of women’s services. In this role, she will lead the labor and delivery and post-partum areas of the Family Ties Birthing Center at Coliseum Medical Centers.
Sumner comes to Coliseum with over 13 years of experience in women's health, including labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn nursery, and NICU. She is also a certified lactation consultant. She has nursing degrees from South Georgia Technical College, Darton College and South University, where she is currently enrolled in the Master of Nursing Administration program.
