Arthur P. Barry III, SIOR with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry, Inc. of Macon, Georgia, brokered the sale of the QuadGraphics facility located at 100 McIntosh Parkway in Thomaston. The purchaser was SuperMoss.

The company has been in business for over 25 years and has strong brand recognition and a fantastic reputation in the industry for quality and creativity. SuperMoss continually works toward robust logistics and detailed customer service to ensure clients the highest fulfillment rates. We anticipate our expansion to greatly improve our ability to keep our customers happy and look forward to building a great team in Thomaston. The plant will open June1st with 25 employees growing to 45 employees within 24 months”, said Johnathan Dolev, spokesman for SuperMoss.

The building contains 230,200± square feet on 18.5 acres of land and was being utilized by QuadGraphics. QuadGraphics is an international magazine printing company who leases approximately 150,000 square feet in this facility which will continue to be utilized for their magazine distribution services. SuperMoss will occupy the 80,000 square feet of vacant space in the Thomaston, Georgia facility.
