The Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce is presenting A Taste of Macon-Bibb on Tuesday, February 27th, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., at the Historic Georgia Freight Depot, in Atlanta, GA. This much anticipated event is hosted by the Macon-Bibb Legislative Delegation, led by Senator John Kennedy, including Senator Burt Jones, Senator David Lucas, Representative James Beverly, Representative Robert Dickey, Representative James “Bubber” Epps, Representative Miriam Paris, and Representative Allen Peake. Governor Nathan Deal, Georgia State department heads, and members of the Georgia General Assembly have been invited to join Macon for this culinary experience.

Macon-Bibb will be highlighted as a “Southern adventure that is sure to be good for your Soul”, and showcase the cuisine of local restaurants and caterers, including: Catered Events, Dab’s Café, Edgar’s Bistro, Fall Off the Bone, Fresh Air BBQ, H&H, Lil’ Benny’s Smokehouse, Nu-Way Weiners, Parish on Cherry, and The Rookery.

The Chamber invites the public to meet and network with state officials to thank them for the work they do on behalf of Macon-Bibb County.
