Super-Sod Awarded Best of Houzz 2018 for Outstanding Customer Service

In January 2018, Super-Sod won “Best Of Customer Service” on Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design. The landscape supply company that reaches across Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina was chosen by customers old and new to receive this coveted award for a third time.

The Best Of Houzz is awarded annually in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2017. A “Best Of Houzz 2018” badge will appear on Super-Sod’s profile, as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals in every metro area on Houzz.

“One of our biggest goals is to provide customer service in such a manner that our customers will come back every time they need product or advice,” said Scott McElyea, Super-Sod of Gwinnett manager. “We want to serve them in such a manner that they get excited about telling their friends about us.” 

Since creating a Houzz profile in 2015, Super-Sod has earned “Best Of Customer Service” badges for 2016, 2017 and 2018 thanks to reviews from across the Southeast. Super-Sod features projects highlighting examples of local landscape installations on their Houzz profile, in addition to curated idea books from other Houzz users.
