James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP is proud to announce that Callen A. Carroll has joined the firm as an Associate. Ms. Carroll is an associate in the Firm’s Financial Institutions Group. Her practice focuses on counseling banking and financial institutions in a variety of areas, including regulation compliance, risk mitigation, and collections. Ms. Carroll graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017.

While at Georgia Law, she was inducted into the National Order of Barristers, named a 2017 Distinguished Law Student by the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute, and selected as a Pupil for the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court. Ms. Carroll was also an active participant of the UGA Moot Court Team, competing as a semifinalist in both the Georgia Intrastate Competition and the Andrews Kurth Kenyon National Championship. Caitlyn Clark is an associate in the firm’s General Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation and insurance litigation. Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with honors from Georgia Tech in 2013 and earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Caitlyn served as a judicial intern to the Honorable C. Ashley Royal of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and as the book editor for Mercer Law Review’s Eleventh Circuit Survey. Caitlyn is from Macon, Georgia.
