On Friday, November 3rd, the Perry Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Serenity Nail Shop in Perry, Georgia. Serenity Nail Shop is a dream realized by an unorthodox entrepreneur named Daphne Berdley.  After graduating from Perry High School in 1999, Daphne went on to obtain bachelor degrees in both Mathematics and Electrical Engineering. 

She worked as engineer for a little over six years before attending business school and subsequently transitioning into Corporate Finance.  In spite of her academic and professional success, Daphne was also driven by the concept of business ownership along with the compassion of being of service to others.  For Daphne, this particular combination of an entrepreneurial spirit and servitude eventually led to the creation of Serenity Nail Shop, located at 1307 Ball Street Suite 300.
