Cox Crews from across the country continue to arrive in the Middle Georgia market to help with restoration services.  Over 100 Cox employees and vendors are working tirelessly to get services restored to customers in the greater Macon/Warner Robins areas.  Many customers have had their services restored, but there is still work ahead for Cox employees to get all customers’ services running.
 
Cox is offering a Storm Assistance Offer to Georgia residents impacted by the hurricane who would like to temporarily suspend their services. The Storm Assistance Offer allows customers to keep their existing Cox Email and phone number at a minimal charge for up to 9 months. This will allow customers to check Cox Email from a computer outside their home.  To sign up, contact Cox at (888)269-9693.
 
All Cox Solutions Stores in Middle Georgia are open to assist customers.
