Daly Smith has been selected to be a featured artist at the 2017 Perry Plein Air Invitational Paint Out & Art Sale scheduled for September 7-9th in Perry, Georgia.   Daly Smith is a professional architect from Macon, who approaches his art much as he does his architecture - creating beautiful and simple design by identifying and emphasizing key elements. His art studies include the Art Students League of New York, and workshops with prominent artists Bill Davidson, David Leffel, Ken Auster, and Mark Boedges.  His recent awards include First Place at the 2014 Georgia National Fair, Second Place in the Cashiers Plein Air Festival Quick Paint, and Honorable Mention at the Art Station Plein Air Invitational.
 
The Perry Plein Air Invitational Paint Out & Art Sale invites amateur to professional artists to paint "en plein air" which means outdoors and on location! Artists can also register to participate in the 2 hour quick paint event on Saturday morning in downtown Perry.
